OUR SERVICING AND REPAIR CAPABILITIES INCLUDE:
CHECKLIST SERVICING:
We believe our Checklist servicing system greatly exceeds O.E.M. standards, which in most cases are not suited to Australian conditions and for Australian operators. We do all kinds of servicing from a standard 250 hour service to machines with over 5000 hours on the clock. Our fixed price servicing is determined by machine weight not manufacturer which we believe gives you a fair price no matter where your machine was made.
LINE BORING AND LINEAL WELDING:
We have our own Italian made Line Borer and Lineal Welder on site here at ACES which means we can bring any worn out boom back to standard specifications. We can even repair the tiny loader frames on Dingo’s which Dingo dealers are currently unable to repair.
MACHINING:
Dog Bone linkages (Bucket area linking H-Link to Stick) are an extremely common area on Excavators which wear out, they unfortunately aren’t fitted with bushes. We can very cheaply and easily machine these linkages out and fit them with bushes so next time all you have to do is replace the bushes.
REPLACEMENT ON PINS & BUSHES:
We have all the facilities needed to replace Pins and Bushes quickly and cost effectively on your machine. We will either replace them with O.E.M. parts or parts that we manufacture depending on parts availability and you Budget.
MANUFACTURE OF PINS & BUSHES:
If your tired of hearing the phrase "Three weeks ex Japan" then come and see us as we can manufacture any pins and bushes that you need on your machine. All Pins and bushes are made from only the highest quality hardened and tempered steels. We will either make and fit them as standard or can modify your machine to fit a better system, this is an option many skid steer owners that are tired of undersized tapered pins go for.
CYLINDER RE-SEALING AND REPAIRS:
We can re-seal your cylinders to stop them leaking and also to stop them by-passing at the piston which will bring them back to original specs. We can also repair cylinders including rod repair and replacement and piston repair and replacements. We use all locally sourced high quality seals and o-rings for cylinder repairs. FULL OR PARTIAL RE-SPRAYS:
We stand by our Re-Sprays, we start by completely stripping the machine, we then give it very thorough cleaning with a hot water pressure washer, degreaser and finally hand wash with a wax and grease remover. All areas to be painted are repaired (where needed) and thoroughly prepared to ensure a smooth finish with very good adhesion. We only use Protec acrylic modified enamel paint because of its excellent UV resistance unlike other machinery enamels. Click here for Pictures.
PAINT REJUVENATION
If your paint is just badly faded then we can rejuvenate it for you for approximately half the price of a full re-spray. We have a new technique that will bring the original pigment out of your paint and make it shine like a freshly painted machine. It only takes a few days to do and will greatly increases the re-sale value of your machine.
VANDAL GUARDS
We can make and fit vandal guards to suite your machine in either removable aluminium, fixed caged style or a combination of the two. However by law front, rear and side door guards must be removed before you operate the machine.
TRACK REPAIRS AND REPLACEMENTS
We can supply and fit any tracks for your machine, we can change from steel to rubber or from rubber to steel. We always have a large selection of brand new rubber pads in stock which can be easily fitted to your machine. We also keep spare used rubber tracks in stock so if you break a track on your machine and need another track quickly to keep you machine going then we can help you out.
BUCKET REPAIRS
We can do any repairs or modification to your buckets, fixing cracks, changing wear plates and cutting edges, changing teeth and adaptors, even changing pin diameters and centres so you old buckets will fit you new machine.
FITMENT OF ATTACHMENTS (HYDRAULIC HITCHES, AUGERS, HAMMERS ETC.)
We can supply and fit any attachment you require, mechanical or hydraulic, from buckets to rock saws, including all hydraulic plumbing, foot pedals and electronics.
